Questions sellers ask

How is this different from a flat-fee MLS service?

A flat-fee MLS service puts your home in the database and hands everything else back to you. We do the work a listing agent does: pricing, photography, showing coordination, offer negotiation, and transaction management through closing. Your Listing Specialist is a licensed employee of this brokerage, supervised by our broker.

What exactly does the $4,995 cover?

Everything on the included list above. The $495 Documentation Fee is due when you book your Documentation Visit, and refunded in full if you don’t sign a listing agreement. The $4,500 is due at closing. There are no tiers, no add-ons, and no percentage of the sale price.

Who pays the buyer's agent?

Buyer-agent compensation is separate from our fee and negotiable either way. What you offer, if anything, is your decision.

Do I ever meet someone in person?

Your Field Specialist visits your home in person. Your Listing Specialist talks with you by video or phone, but if you'd rather sit down face to face, just ask.

What if my home does not sell?

You owe the $495 Documentation Fee and nothing else. The $4,500 is due only at closing.
