GreeneList is a licensed Georgia real estate brokerage, supervised by our broker of record. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Details you give us: your home's address, your name, email and mobile number, whether you agreed to text messages (with the exact wording you agreed to and when), and your answers about your home, timeline, price range and notes.
• Scheduling details: the time of any call or Documentation Visit you book.
• How you found us: the page you arrived on, the site that sent you, and any campaign tags in the link.
• Security details: a scrambled form of your internet address and a bot check, used only to stop spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To respond to you, schedule calls and visits, and provide our listing services.
• To send you emails about your home sale, and texts if you agreed to them.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages and your mobile number

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the service providers that deliver our messages for us. Agreeing to texts is never required to work with us. See ourtext message terms for details.

Who else handles your information

We use service providers to run this site: website hosting, our database, email delivery, text message delivery, calendar scheduling, address lookup and spam protection. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site keeps a few details in your browser for the current tab only, such as the address you confirmed and how you found us, so the form can pick up where you left off. Our spam protection may set its own cookie to tell people from bots.

How long we keep it

We keep your details as long as we need them to work with you, and as long as Georgia real estate rules and other laws require us to keep brokerage records.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Email privacy@greenelist.com to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will delete what the law allows us to.

Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
