Text message terms

What you'll get

If you agree to texts, GreeneList sends updates and scheduling messages about your home sale. For example: confirming your Documentation Visit, reminders about calls and visits, and next steps from your Listing Specialist. We do not send marketing texts.

How you agree

There are two places you can agree to texts, and the wording is the same in both:

  • The checkbox beside "Yes, text me about my home sale" when you start your listing on this site.
  • Our text updates page, if you would rather sign up on its own.

The box is never checked for you, agreeing to texts is never required to work with us, and we keep a record of the exact wording you agreed to and when.

How often

Message frequency varies with where you are in your home sale.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts. We will send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. To start again, reply START.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We never share your mobile number or text consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our privacy policy.
